Premier Brick Pavers Sees Lead Volume from Google Ads Skyrocket

Premier Brick Pavers is a Tampa-based contractor providing high-end driveways and other venues for brick pavers for more than 25 years. They have been clients of thirteen05 creative for many years, however their website was more than six years old, was not up-to-date technologically, slow, and its visual appeal had faded.

We were contracted first of all to re-do their website, using the existing content and with minor changes in appearance.  This was completed and the new site launched on the same hosting platform the old site had been on.

Rich and his team just rebuilt my website to make it more modern and easy to use. They built my original website over 20 years ago! It was a great experience again, and they've always been helpful as always!

What we did

Once we rebuilt and launched the website, the site was found to be running very slowly. We investigated this and found the fault was with their hosting provider. Efforts to get the hosting company to fix this had no visible result. As the site was so slow as to be costing them business, we advised the client to move to a different hosting company. This was a complex undertaking as ALL of their services were on that same platform – domain registration, “DNS server”, and email as well as the website itself. In addition the existing hosting company is notoriously difficult to work with.

We assisted the client in the selection of a new hosting company, and advised them on the exact steps to get the move done. Each step we either provided detailed guidance or did the work ourselves. For the most difficult step we brought in a specialist IT provider with expertise in this area.

The move was completed smoothly and immediately resulted in site speed more than tripling and their site speed score going from an “E” to an “A”.

The client then contracted us to take over running their Google Ads which are their primary source of leads. We found their existing campaign was very badly set up, and we completely rebuilt the campaign.

The campaign was fine-tuned over the next few weeks to a point where it consistently delivered a satisfactory volume of quality leads, at a lower cost than their previous campaign.
