We lease our U.S. based servers from a large and well-respected national company. We chose them for their speed and power, reliability, and extremely competent and responsive tech support.

Web hosting options include typical “shared hosting” as well as full dedicated servers, and, uniquely, our popular, more economical half-server, shared with one other client, for larger, busier websites and online stores.

All of our servers run 100% uptime nearly always. Protection against viruses and hackers is robust. And support through our Help Desk on our website is rapid.

Website MAINTENANCE

All of our hosting plans include web maintenance, but we also offer website maintenance only contracts if you want to host your website elsewhere. If you wish to move your site to our servers, we will handle the move for a small one-time charge. 

Our web maintenance services include monitoring against your site going down, and strong protection against malware and hackers. It includes routine actions to keep your website software up-to-date and functioning. 

We make it easy for you to inform us about content changes, updates, new images, staff additions/deletions, or edits. These are rapidly handled, often within hours. Our Hosting and Management program includes a 1/2 hour (optionally more) of edits to your site per month. To streamline requests for changes or support, you can simply submit your request through our ticketing system located at www.thirteen05.com/helpdesk. You can also make changes yourself to your website. Clients also pay a lower rate for hourly work projects.
